  • Risk management. It is a four-day program provides a comprehensive introduction to the discipline of risk management (identification, analysis, communication).
  • Intelligence Reporting. This three-day course provides a detailed introduction to the development and delivery of intelligence products, both written and oral.
  • Process Analysis and Design. It is a three-day workshop that focuses on process mapping, analysis and design. Students use a range of mapping tools to clarify inputs, outputs and decision points, and to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and collaboration.
  • Decision making. Good decisions are the hallmark of effective management and leadership. This four-day course has been designed to help professionals of all backgrounds improve decision making in work and life. The course begins by elaborating on the many types of decisions they are likely to confront, as well as the many tools they can use to analyse or test the options available to them. Then it goes on to explore how to improve decision making in the wider organisation.
  • Creativity and Innovation, Change management, Leadership.
